Hello Doctor, My son is 2 years 3 months old. I am little worried about his behaviour. He is very very hyper, can't stop and sit idle at all. Everytime he has to do something. Just because of his hypernerss and all nutritious activities he broke many things at home. He through things away and he enjoys it. Does not speak much with us but he is very quicker Lerner..most of the time telling rhymes, or saying something that he sees on mobile. Good thing about him: he is really quick learner, he tells all alphabet, he recognises all different shapes  colours and when he see it he says that.. All good but my only worry is he is very very hyper , and destroys things a lot and I don't know if it's normal at this age or not or shall I seek sometimes to take care of him. Dear doctor, I am a hypochondriac and am prone to have panic attacks if I feel any weird sensation in my body usually I would search for the feeling on Google and then if I see even a name of any big disease like cancer I feel like I am having it how should I handle this situation. Hey, I am A 22 year old male living my life  with many eye floaters  in both eyes since last 3 years as there is no cure available right now. I can't go outside because it's makes me feel sad & can't stay at home all-day  as  i am not at all a home person.
