Hi dear concerned, if you are noticing sedation  and lethargic feelings getting increased after taking medicine kindly talk with your Psychiatrist as soon as possible. So he can adjust the right dosages. He can also evaluate further if there is any other organic cause or not. Medicine for depression is a very safe and very effective. Resolve your query and follow instructions as prescribed by the Psychiatrist.

It is common for your depression to be manifesting as physical pain as well. And taking medication will likely have you feeling tired and fatigued as their side effect, that is why just intake of medication is not enough, as medication will only subside your symptoms. They don’t solve your problems or help you deal with them, which is why you should seek therapy from a psychologist who can help you get to the root of this issue and adapt to it.

It could be side effects of medicine. Plz  check with doctor. Many antidepressants are thought to help with pain by acting on chemicals in the brain that can assist with pain relief, such as serotonin
