Doctor, I have a Problem, everytime I was prepared well for My Exams but When I get Paper from Invigilator or in Exam Hall I feel Worried, anxious and Another another and It happen Every single exam for that I couldn't give exam Well ..How i overcome this plz ?

Trouble sleeping

Hi am struggling to fall and staying in asleep from last one month. Before that i don't have any issue about sleep but once I read about insomnia on internet and month before I wake up midnight and that time insomnia thought came in my mind that night I awake 2 to 3 house and early morning once again I fall asleep. Next next night happened same. First two weeks I fall asleep and awake midnight or early morning but now days anxiety about sleep vary much increased when I see or think about sleep I scaring and not able to fall asleep. Please help whole day i am thinking about I am not able to fall asleep and if I am not sleeping I will be face lot of problem.
