It seems to be phonophobia. It can lead to anxiety and other psychosomatic changes in kids very easily.
It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated.
It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine if required.
You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi, Some children have fear of loud noises. They can be very sensitive to sounds. You need to consult a clinical psychologist for professional help if fear lasts longer than 6months or if the fear is not easily assuaged.
If this child has recently developed the fear of loud noises along with pain in parts of body there might be something bothering her. Maybe she has experienced something that the family is unaware about.
But if these symptoms have been present for a long time then an assessment for sensory stimulation would be recommended
Next Steps
Consult for either counselling/therapy or assessment
Hello. Children being scared of loud noises is not unheard of. But if this fear is excessive and is not subsiding, I suggest consulting a mental health professional as such problems can become intensive as the child grows up. Therapy can help your child explore and understand their fears. Their fearful reactions can also be mended and made more accurate
