Psychological and mental health issues
My younger brother; has some psychological and mental health issues. He has left his earlier job in Indian railways and staying at home. His daily routine has been affected and been slow in everyday work. He does not want to meet any doctor or counselor for discussion on these issues. According to him, he has been feeling like someone is giving him pain (physically and mentally) by using some hypothetical laser beams attacking on his body. He has been complaining about hearing hypothetical sounds, feeling pain in his body, bad smell etc. Nowadays, he has been constantly saying abusive words everytime in loud voice in his full sense. He is doing all his other works..like study, attending exams, traveling etc but not so effectively. According to him, he is doing right thing by abusing people who are giving him pain. He does not want to meet any doctor or psychologist, saying that he has no belief in all these people. Pls look into these issues and suggest corrective measures.

Kindly consult a psychiatrist for detailed assessment. The problem explained by your brother includes hallucinations, which is a symptom in many mental disorders. Details like family history, onset of such phases and other symptoms is required to arrive at a conclusion.
Health Tips
You may have to find out a way to take him to a psychiatrist because without appropriate assessment, further treatment cannot be suggested.Don’t ignore!

Hi... Your brother is suffering from a psychotic episode probably caused by a mental disorder (schizophrenia/psychosis) or psychedelic substance (drug induced psychosis). If he is unwilling, immediate family (parents/siblings/spouse/adult children) shall meet the psychiatrist and share his symptoms in detail. The psychiatrist will brief you on how to administer treatment to an unwilling patient. Remember, this is not going to get better on its own, medications are a must before any psychotherapy/counselling could be used effectively. You can visit any Psychiatrist in any good hospital in Patna. Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP), Ranchi is the nearest elite mental health hospital/institute. I can share contacts of good Psychiatrists in Bangalore if you wish to seek online consultation.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist immediately. Immediate Family/ Legal Guardian can consult alone if the patient is unwilling. Administer treatment as suggested by the psychiatrist.

The symptoms you've described may potentially indicate a more serious underlying mental health condition. It's crucial to encourage your younger brother to seek help from a qualified mental health specialist or psychiatrist. These symptoms could be signs of a mental health disorder, possibly psychosis. Approaching this situation with empathy and understanding is essential. You can try having a calm and non-confrontational conversation with him about your concerns for his well-being. Express your support and let him know that seeking professional help can lead to better understanding and effective management of his experiences. If he remains resistant to seeking help, you may consider involving other trusted family members or friends to encourage him. In some cases, involuntary psychiatric evaluation may be necessary to ensure his safety and well-being. It's crucial to consult with a mental health professional or a crisis intervention team to assess the situation and determine the best course of action. Your brother's well-being should be the top priority.

Hi dear concerned, as per symptoms your younger brother is having schizophrenia , advised to consult with a psychiatrist as soon as possible for further evaluation. Usually patients with this illness are characterised by thoughts or experiences that seem out of touch with reality, having delusion and hallucinations, disorganised speech or behaviour and decreased participation in daily activities You have to take it by yourself to the hospital. Medication is there that  will recover him soon.
