Hi Jagadish! I understand how it must be difficult to go through mental health issues for a long time. It is important to understand what you're going through in more depth, and this can be achieved only by addressing each concern in detail to understand when exactly it started, and how severe the symptoms are. According to that, we can understand the root of the issue and approach it with an appropriate therapeutic intervention. Till you consider therapy seriously, you can address your concerns through certain self care techniques. If you are unable to talk to people about what you're going through, I suggest that you try to express it through writing or art or any form that you are comfortable with. Try to write down or doodle what you're feeling everyday. This can help understand and articulate your feelings, while capturing how your emotions change everyday. If you're unable to get proper sleep, try to keep aside all gadgets a while before you go to sleep. You can read a book or listen to music to ensure you get quality sleep easily. It is highly suggested that you try and get some sort of physical activity for atleast 30 to 60 minutes a day. This can include exercising or even just going for a walk. There are some breathing techniques that can help you relax, and you can even try meditating for a few minutes per day to clear your mind and become more mindful. That said, it is still very, very important that you address your concerns with a trained mental health professional in a therapeutic setting.
