Hi Thanks for reaching out. You have chronic stress and you are not able to sleep well. What is making you feel stressed. You are also experiencing weight loss. Have you noticed a drastic change in weight and you are experiencing unintentional weight loss. It is known that chronic stress can cause weight loss. Consult a psychologist and talk about what is making you feel stressed. With a psychologist you can also talk about your lifestyle, appetite, and the exercises you are doing. It is important to not put too much pressure on yourself while exercising and do not overdo it. Doing exercise helps prevent stroke, high blood pressure, improves sleep and mood and helps boost energy levels. Exercising also helps a person feel calm and helps fight anxiety and depression. Physical activity provides health benefits for all type of bodies. The benefit of physical activity goes beyond weight management. It is good for overall health. Consult a psychologist and talk about chronic stress and lack of sleep. A psychologist will provide guidance on stress management techniques to feel calm.

Do you still have any stress? If yes, it’s important to know what is causing you stress. Talking to a counselling psychologist can help you identify the triggers of your stress and manage it. I would suggest to get a health check up done to understand if there is any other reason behind the weight loss and then talk to a nutritionist for a wholesome diet and workout plan. Take Care!
