Break ups usually put people under tremendous emotional upheavals. Hence your current condition is understandable. However, if you are under constant stress and even depression, I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and manage them with medication if necessary. Time usually tends to heal the emotional wounds of break up. There are many ways in which you can ensure that you cope with it's long-term effects on mind. It is essential to understand your condition before suggesting any coping measures towards that. Hence I suggest you to consult a psychologist and get guided on the way forward.

Hey, I understand how uneven you are feeling after the end of your relationship and how difficult it was to cope up for you. I want you to reflect on a few things before we go ahead. After an end of relationship its okay to feel sad, lost for a few days (2 months) as your mind and body is dealing with the loss. It will turn out to be a problem if you aren’t able to deal effectively with these feelings after 2 months. Whenever you feel stressed reflect on these questions: 1. Why did the relationship end? 2. What would happen to you if you did choose to stay in these relationship ( nothing that the circumstances wouldn’t change) 3. Do you feel that the relationship was turning toxic or could have turned toxic? If answers to these questions are yes, remind yourself that it was a healthy choice to move out. If you feel incongruent after reflecting on these questions, therapy can help you here. You can connect with me to know more!

You haven’t gotten over the break up. Hence you aren’t able to concentrate. Don’t give the order person so much importance that your feelings and thoughts get affected with his absence. Love yourself first. No one deserves to be given so much importance that your well being gets affected. Tell yourself that you’re free now and move on. Breakup’s are depressing, but life goes on and there are other things which need to be prioritised
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist if symptoms persist
