Hi Thanks for reaching out. You have insomnia for four years and you are sleeping for two to three hours everyday. I understand how you must be feeling when you are not able to sleep well. You are probably feeling uncomfortable and anxious. It is necessary to determine what is causing sleep deprivation. I suggest consulting a psychiatrist and psychologist. The medication prescribed to you is not giving positive result. I suggest you consult another doctor and explain about insomnia. Psychotherapy is an effective treatment for chronic insomnia. To feel better I suggest consulting a psychiatrist and psychologist. With the help of a mental health professional you can work on how you can sleep better at night.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with chronic insomnia for so long. It can be incredibly frustrating and exhausting to deal with sleep difficulties for such an extended period. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is considered one of the most effective treatments for chronic insomnia, and it's often recommended as a first-line approach. CBT-I focuses on changing behaviors and thoughts that contribute to insomnia and typically involves several components, such as sleep hygiene education, stimulus control, sleep restriction, relaxation techniques, and cognitive restructuring.
