Sleep problem or Insomnia
I have sleep problem or Insomnia .I had this issue from 2014 and if my sleep time gets extended from 11 pm I won't be able to sleep whole night and gets restless.I have tried everything exercise yoga and not sleep in a day also.Its all started when I have started working in late night shift and night shift

Hi, Looks you having sleep problem for long period. People who are working in night shifts have sleep issues in common due to physiological, biological and emotional changes. If possible, look out for a regular job . Till then, change your thinking and sleep pattern to adapt to the changes.
