Without knowing the cause it would be difficult for you to apply CBT on yourself.
Secondly, I would suggest to seek guidance from a certified professional guidance.
No two individuals are identical so the approach of CBT is varied from person to person.
You can learn CBT online but it is more than just what is being taught to a non psychology person.

There is no harm in learning to do CBT.If your problem is severe and it is impairing your daily activities you have to seek professional help.

Do deep breathing exercises, connect yourself with nature, also follow a walk routine religiously in the morning and evening, take shower before bed at night and if it's not possible then wash your feet before bed, don't wipe out and then go to sleep.
