Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello Doctor, my friend’s last period started on September 21. She had unprotected sex on October 2, 3, and 4 and took Unwanted-72 on October 4. On October 11, she noticed light pinkish-brown, mucus-like spotting without proper blood flow, along with lower-abdominal pain. She has taken i-Pill previously but never experienced bleeding afterward; this is the first time she has noticed spotting after taking Unwanted-72. Could this be withdrawal bleeding due to the pill or implantation-related bleeding? Should she be concerned?

Hi, I am on OI cycle. I had letrozole and ovulation hppnd on 29th oct morning. Dctor confirmed rupture . On day 14 it was 24.2 mm and et on day 17 is 15.8 mm . She suggested dydrogesterone 30 mg for 15 days . I had it from 1st oct to 10th oct . I missed on 11th and will miss today. Is there any prb if i strrt from 13 again and stop at scheduled 15th oct? Or if i dont hve at all,if there is a pregnancy possibility will it harm?or impct anything Kindly answer.

Last 1.5 years due to chronic stress on 2025 I missed my period for 2 months then it started back with brown spotting initial days and then 1-2 days light bleeding. On 2026 I had period for 2 days light and scanty and sometimes brown spotting 2/3 days prior to the dates. Then sep I missed it but October I had the proper period for 2 days I consulted my gynaecologist and got my lab test done. My fasting sugar is 106, hb and platelets in normal range, prolactin is 37, mild high and whole abdomen report is healthy and all normal but my healthy ovaries showing tiny follicles. Thyroid profiles are as follows t3 1.27, t4 8.80 and TSH 0.57. My gynae first prescribed me trazer met sr for 21 days then after lab test he prescribed cabgoline 0.5 mg once per week fr 4 weeks and Diane 35 once daily fr 21 days, one week gap and then continue fr 3 months. I'm really scared as it's a contraceptive pill and I am not sexually active also I am afraid if I get infertile for daily consumption. Advise pls.

10th week pregnancy with 80mm hematoma Using dydrowell SR 20mg and C hope 200mg per day 2 tablets each morning 1 and night 1 Bleeding is not stopping. What to do or advice for any medication Taking continuous rest till 2 weeks , still bleeding is not controlling On 25th Sep hematoma was 20mm, on 30th Sep it was 60mm and on 6th Oct it became 80mm Please suggest any medication for complete curing of hematoma+

Update on the test: Had intercourse on 26 sept to 3 oct. Sept 10th (after ipill had periods) Aug 13 had periods I have irregular periods in general. Keeps shifting Took test today at 330am came clear.

April 26 inhad first abortion because heartbeat stopped in 10 weeks In July 26 again positive came,after 13 weeks miscarriage happend due to placenta down bleeding came and abortion done Why this happen again and again It is making me emotionally week What should have done better For planning next time what precautions should be taken And any specific tests to be done to avoid like this situation Any instructions vto be given to doctor once positive came

I have PCOS, recently I had pain in my uterus and thigh and groin area for 1 week and also pain on my left lower abdomen. I also had thick blood discharge for those 5 days, out of my cycle. Now I didn't get my periods on time.usually around 3rd of every month but still I didn't get it. I went to a gyno, she said used some tool on my stomach at the center and said to avoid outside food. Can this be ovarian cyst.can this be cancer. I'm little worried.

Hi I have been trying to conceive for the last 6 years. I had a missed abortion 6 years ago. I have done all my tests All the reports are normal like tubes open, AMH -2.43, LH-2.42, FSH-5, THYROID - 2, Prolactin - 24.1, Regular Periods.But still not able to conceive. Kindly suggest to me what other causes of infertility.

Took a test at 330am since I woke up that time for work. Last had tea at 7pm then water at 850pm. Urinated at 12 had nothing after that Is my test reliable ?

Hi I have done all the tests, Husband Semen analysis is also normal. Tests done- AFC, HSG, DAY 2 TVS, LH, FSH, AMH, THYROID, PROLACTIN, Hb A1c. Trying from the last 6yrs, 1 missed abortion size years ago. What other factors for infertility. Kindly Suggest me.
