Pregnancy and Infertility

My periods are delayed by 6 days, but I am experiencing some cramps in my lower belly. Lastly I have been stressed because of job and had not proper sleep and also I was also experiencing some anxiety.

Bilateral ovaries are enlarged in size and small peripheral arranged follicle are seen with thickened echogenic central stroma endometrial thickness 3mm

My gynaecology advised me to take cabgolin 0.25 after my blood test reports showed prolactin 22.55. I'm trying to conceive . But the normal range as indicated in lb test report is below 25. Should I take the medicine or should i seek some other doctor?

I have been diagnosed with 5.8 x 3.8 cm subserosal fibroid in anterior wall and 1.6 x 1.1 cm intramural fibroid posterior wall. Do i need to remove fibroids or uterus? Or nothing to be done

Currently 34 weeks GA. Baby's weight is 1.9kg. Doppler scan is normal. BPS-8/8. All other metrics are good. Can lag in AC and FL be covered with high protein diet by delivery? Taking prohance mom + threptin biscuit + milk+ eggs+ curd. Please advise. Medicines - iron + calcium + ecosprin + argihope. Any other recommendation?

Mild trauma to left breast region while getting down from train ,I felt little pain that time . Then completely forgot about injury though it was not painful . After 3 days it was painful to touch only.after examination there is no lump no hard mass  no swelling no bruises ,no discoloration,It is completely normal ,just touching that one point feels pain,after little message to that area pain disappear for a bit But after sometime again feel pain .though I am  going to gynac tomorrow for the same. But what could be ,how many days it will take to reduce pain.

What is pco..pcod or pcos is similar? ..as my ultrasound suggested pco.plz reply me..in ultasound i have normal sized ovaries with multiple small follicles arranged in the periphery of the cortex

My amh is 0.86 . It is possible to conceive naturally or should I go for iui or ivf? My other tests reports are normal like thyroid , insulin, cbc etc.
