1 and a half month post D&C - cramps

Hi, so I had got my D&C ( abortion) on 7th June'24. I had a post checkup as well within 5 days. All seems nice but now post one and a half month I'm getting cramps and abdominal pain and have not got my periods yet. The cramps are hurtful. Any suggestions?

Hi doc. My wife had UTI and she was taking Urinorm o tablets twice a day. Today course completed pus cell came 5 to 6 from 8 to 10. Also in Cbc report it shows 147000 platelets. She has no fever, no chills, no body aches. Is it normal finding?
