Hello, my cycle is of 28 days mostly. I have been trying ovulation kit to test my ovulation as am planning a baby . My test has been negative from day 13 and today is day 17. Last time I had a TVS done the doctor had mentioned of a matured follicle on day 15 with chances of ovulation on day 16. I dont have any ovulation signs and test is saying negative .

I am unmarried and suffering from irregular periods since last year .My hormonal blood reports are attached .Is it due to  hormonal imbalance .My neighborhood doctor give me amycordial syrup , calex d3, neurobion forte and synron N tablet .Is it beneficial in my case or not ? What should I do to regulate my period.
