Hello Doctor, I am 21 years old. My last proper period was from 13th to 17th August 2026. Since then, I haven't had a proper menstrual period. My previous period dates were: - May 18–22 - June 8–12 - July 5–9 - August 13–17 I stopped taking emergency contraceptive pills in March 2026. In March only I had taken Divery when my periods were delayed I don't have noticeable symptoms like weight gain, acne, excessive facial hair or pelvic pain I would like to understand why my periods are delayed, whether this could be due to hormonal imbalance? And what should I do to get my periods naturally without any medications

Can ipill consumed September after which withdrawal 9 days bleeding and periods did happen cause my periods next month (October) tp also get delayed ??

I was diagnosed with H. pylori infection, chronic gastritis, and a hiatus hernia in mid-2024. Following the diagnosis, I experienced significant weight loss and nutritional deficiencies. It took almost a year for my body to recover. Although my gastritis has improved, I have noticed a persistent change in my menstrual flow. My periods continue to arrive regularly and on time, without missed cycles. However, my menstrual duration has decreased from around five days to three days, and sometimes just two days, with very light bleeding. Initially, I was told that my menstrual cycle would gradually return to normal as my body recovered from the significant hormonal and inflammatory changes associated with my illness. However, even now, my flow fluctuates. I may have two months of relatively normal flow, followed by a month with very light bleeding or spotting.

I underwent a medical termination of pregnancy (MTP) in August 2026. My follow-up ultrasound on 26 August showed no retained products of conception. I took Ovral-L from 1–17 September and stopped on 18 September due to side effects. I had withdrawal bleeding from approximately 23–27 September, but no natural period since then. On 4 October, I had an withdrawal intercourse . On 14 October, I experienced deep lower abdominal pain during intercourse protection, which gradually subsided. Currently, I have: - Intermittent lower abdominal/pubic-area pain and noticeable lower abdominal protrusion. - Frequent urination with very mild burning. - Persistent weakness, dizziness and pain in both legs. - No nausea or breast tenderness. I am concerned about the cause of these symptoms, delayed periods, and the possibility of pregnancy or other complications after MTP. Please explain further.

Last month period - 29 sept Took unwanted 72 on 10th oct Got period -18th oct When does  2nd period will come? (my period cycle is 30 days)

21 age, had unprotected sex 5 hrs ago... will take ipill first thing in morning. but i weight 76-78kgs fluctuating. i have pcod too. last period was 2nd Oct (took norethindrone acetate few days earlier) ... now will ipill work cuz of weight ?? do I take two pills? Ulipristal acetate 30 mg- Google showed this for women more than 75kgs but it's unavailable online. what are my options? please help

Hi Doctor, as advised, I started taking Dronis 30 on 16th October, which was the third day of my period. I took the medicine on the 16th and 17th but missed yesterday’s dose (18th October). I usually take it daily at 11 AM, and I haven’t had intercourse in the last 10 days. Should I take two pills today to make up for the missed dose, or should I take just one at my usual time?

Hi everyone I am 21 weeks pregnant and in my Tifa scan they said it's low lying placenta and they mentioned like below Plansentanal location:posteriorly and is low laying the lower limit of the placenta is located approx 3.5 cm from the internal os region grade 2 Can I travel by car during this period It's 7 hrs journey in smooth highway Can someone please suggest
