Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello doctor, I am 5 days late for my periods. My last period was on 7th June, 5th May, 2 April and before that 1 March. I was diagnosed with PCOS in June 2023, my doctor prescribed me 'my chiro' medicine for 3 months. After that my periods were normal but now again I am facing the same issue. And yes, I have not done USG Pelvis after that.

Periods ongoing for 7days ( including today ) , her usual duration is 4 days , has already used 10 pads till now .( usually use 6 pads in total ) Also note Periods were preceded by brownish discharge She was treated for PCOS , took OCPs , completed her 1 full course (2020) and later discontinued on doctor's advice . Recently she underwent a spine surgery (microdochectomy) post which, her menses got irregular. KINDLY NOTE SHE DIDN'T GET HER PERIODS LAST MONTH (june) AND NOW PRESENTS WITH HEAVY MENSES preceded with brownish discharge.

Iam not getting my periods regularly. It starts more than 45 days.my last period was on May 28. Now I have slight brown discharge. Is it periods or I will get periods soon.

I am 29 yr old. Please find my attached blood test report. Test taken on 5th day of Period. Please help if report is normal.

I don't get my periods since last two months . I am suffering from irregular periods. my lh(27.55) and FSH (11.75) value is high but other hormones are showing norml value .Is Sysron  N medicine is good for me to come to my periods faster and regulate it.
