Pregnancy and Infertility

Evion LC can be taken twice a day. My gynaecologist prescribed me this medicine but i think i heard her saying that it should be taken twice a day. I am here just to confirm.

I had done mtp a little over 2 weeks back and got my usg done after 2weeks. Usg shows that the uterus is normal in size and position. Uterus measures 76×39×41mm in size. Collection (2-3cc) noted in the fundal endocavity showing low resistance flow on Doppler scan. Myometrium is homogenous. Cervix appears normal. Both the ovaries appear normal in size and echo anatomy. No evidence of free fluid is seen in the pelvic cavity. Impression shows suggestive of rpoc. After my usg my doc suggested me take 2 tabs misoprost and another 2 tabs of mispoprost after 24 hrs. I have taken all 4 tabs but I only bled a little and passed a very small tissue. Is there anything to be worried. Please guide me on what to do next. should i wait for my period to come or will the rpoc pass naturally?

I m 35 f. Uterine cavity small show irregular contour predominantly in fundal region. AMH 3.42, TSH 2.1. pls check report first. Doctor suggested me to hestroscopy laproscopy surgery. Adenomysis. Kya surgery se uterine cavity ko thik kiya ja skta hai. Pls suggest may i go for surgery. Curable hai

On 15th day from lmp I took hcg 5000 iu trigger shot at 7 :30 pm ( egg size 18mm) On 17th day On 10:00 am I go for follicular study egg size increases to 20mm ET 9.0mm but egg not ruptured Now if I took injection hcg5000 iu again, today 17th day is it fruitful to further proceed or it it may ruptured itself

Hi, My endometrium is not going beyond 7mm and applebaum score is low. Please refer to attached report. Dr has suggested me hysteroscopy before embryo transfer. Is it mandatory to do embryo transfer immediately in next month of hysteroscopy?

Hi, I am having white liquid CM which is increasing day by day. I feel wet as if I'm on my periods. My period is 2 days overdue. I don't feel nauseous but I have very very mild cramps/ache for few mins in a day unlike period cramps that I usually used to have. I have knee pain on and off. Extremely tired and sleepy all day long. Headache on and off. Slight back aches since 8 dpo but since a couple of days it has increased. My body temp has increased.  Have slight heartburn now. I tested 2 days before the period and it came out negative. And now I'm nervous to test again fearing the negative. Please help.

Hi, so I had got my D&C ( abortion) on 7th June'24. I had a post checkup as well within 5 days. All seems nice but now post one and a half month I'm getting cramps and abdominal pain and have not got my periods yet. The cramps are hurtful. Any suggestions?

Can we go ahead HSG scan with Anaesthesia? I am very much anxious to pain. Is it safe way to do HSG scan with Anaesthesia? Please suggest.
