Uterus adhesion
My mother is 44 years old. She had 2 c- sections. She has had so much stomach pain for the past two months. We were diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver and found that her uterus is attached to the anterior wall. She is under medication for fatty liver. I want to know if the uterus is attached to the abdominal wall is a serious condition and is there any treatment for that? Because she is in so much pain during periods

Adhesions where your uterus has stuck to the old C-section scar are common after two caesareans, and are not dangerous by themselves. Pain that gets worse specifically during your periods often points to scar endometriosis, not just the adhesion itself. That's where uterine tissue has settled into the old scar.
Next Steps
A pelvic ultrasound can check the scar area and rule out other causes of your pain. Your gynaecologist can also review your fatty liver medicines before suggesting any pain relief, since some don't mix well with liver conditions.
Health Tips
See your gynaecologist soon if the pain is getting worse each cycle or spreading beyond your periods.
