It takes minimum 6 weeks to recover. Minimal bleeding (spotting)can be there till 1-2 months also. If profuse bleeding/ abnormal lochia/ fever - consult your obstetrician.

You will have bleeding for altleast 1.5months but the quantity will be reduced and suddenly it may stop and bleed or spotting may restart If you have profuse bleeding , with lot of soakage or clots, please consult your obgyn immediately.

It takes about six weeks .If you are breast feeding your baby then recovery is better.Recovery is also fast if you are taking proper sleep, adequate diet.stitches take about three months to heal from inside.

Bleeding p/v can continue for 2 months for some people , and body takes around a year to recover completely
