Pregnancy and Infertility

I have pcod and my doctor kept me on norethisterone tablets. From the last one month i am consistently going to gym working out taking a good diet but not able to loose even 1kg. Can it because of the norethisterone tablets?

I had my level 1 scan and the dual marker test. Both were normal. I had my level 2 scan yesterday and it showed fetal hydronephrosis of 4.6 mm along with small echogenic focus in left lateral ventricle of heart. Is my baby okay ? Should I worry ? What could be the possible reasons ?

My previous cycle was on 10 July And on 6th day I had intimacy with my partner and took unwanted 72 on next day morning and on 23 July I noticed bleeding and bleeding is heavier like period only. I did usg this month before 10 July my reports are Normal. So pls tell me Will it affect my future cycle or fertility or there is some underlying disease.

Recently i visited a gynae because i wasnt getting my periods from last 2 months. So she did blood tests and ultrasound. My blood reports showed TSH level 5.01 and cholestrol level also very high and ultrasound reports where highlighted with bold letters that my endometrial lining is mildly thick, cervix is also mildy thick and had a cyst of 4mm and left ovary was bulky in size with small follicules more than 12 in number. These things where written boldly highlighted but my doctor didnt told me anything about all that and told that everything was normal and i didnt have pcos. But i wanted to know that if everything was normal then why where they highlighted? i couldnt ask my doctor as she was very rude. If any doctor is reading this then please answer me as i am really worried. I am attaching my ultrasound reports kindly check.

I have delivered boy before 2 months via C-Section and Doctor prescribed Corcium tablet 3 times a day till 6 months. Is there any chewable option available as an alternative for Corcium which is safe for breastfeeding after C-section as that is more comfortable for me to take? Please advise.
