I have heavy water discharge after intercourse i use pads , what is the reason is anything serious please tell and discharge is sticky

I wanted to consult you regarding some irregular bleeding after taking an i-Pill. My last normal period was on 6 September. I had unprotected intercourse multiple times and took i-Pill on 16 September. After that, I had bleeding from around 26 September for 3–4 days, which was not very heavy but was accompanied by significant cramps. Then, on 9 October, I had heavier bleeding for around 3 days. Since the day before yesterday, I have been having abdominal pain again, and I noticed bleeding/spotting again this morning. I also took a pregnancy test on 1 October, which was negative. Could you please advise whether this irregular bleeding and abdominal pain can be due to the i-Pill, and whether I need to repeat a pregnancy test or undergo any examination/ultrasound??
