Pregnancy and Infertility

For past few months i have observed my period don't last like they used to and the bleeding is also very less. Please give some advice. I am married and i have taken ipill few times in between a year span, could that be a reason for this?

I use pure cotton pads from stayfree, and use double pads (front and back two in a row) due to heavy flow but every pad that I have tried leaves me with unbearable rashes making it difficult to even walk. I tried cups etc and I'm not comfortable at all - I regularly change pads in a day - is there a rash cream that help ease this almost immediately or earliest and any other suggestions/ alternations?

I am 34 years old and from past 1 or 1.5 years I have noticed change in my period days. The number of days have reduced. Now , it is only one middle day of heavy period and rest of the days in that duration only spotting. Is it a symptom of some underlying problem? Because am trying to conceive and have not got the desired results yet.

My period in Aug month was late by 2 days  ( period start date - 17.08.2024) and ended within 6 days. In Sep month my period start date was 15.09.2024. It lasted for 6 days. However, I am noticing that my cm has little bit mix of brown colour. This is happening in very less quantity when I am wiping with tissue paper. This has happened for the first time. My periods dates are always regular . I usually get my period two days prior to the period dates. Why is there mix dischargeeven after so many days of periods

I found this hypoechoic lesion of 42×26 mm  in my ultrasound report.I doesn't suffer from irregular periods and doesn't feel any type of discomfort in my stomach .is it hazardous or dangerous?what should I do?

My periods are normal till 4th of July .my cycle are regular but now on 20 th of July I get very light bright red bleeding first i thought it was spotting but then I require to use sanitary to avoid any staining but it continues today also in 21th of July very light bleeding but I didn't experience any sort of cramps or anything which I experienced during my periods I m quite confuse is this my periods if yes then why it happens too early in the mid of my cycle if not then what is this .I m hell tensed now my schedule was busy as I am a teacher I m tensed please give me a genuine suggestion should I visit the gynae or should I need to observe should I try some Ghar key nuskhe please help

Below is the report took on date : 18/7/24 LMP :19/05/2024 Gestational age by LMP : 8 week 4 days CRL measure 10.23 mm corresponding to 7 weeks 1 day. My question is at what date should I go for NT scan and double marker test?

Hi I had an ultrasound in 9 weeks after LMP. Heart beats of 150 was measured. But CRL is 4.2mm which is equivalent to 6.1weeks. It was not a delayed conception as follicular monitoring was done and I ovulated on 16th days after periods. What could be the reason for 3week lag in fetal age ? I have attached the ultrasound report.

The ultrasound shows breech presentation of the baby. Should we go for C-section or Normal delivery. Kindly guide
