With a beta hCG under 0.1 and three negative urine tests spread over two weeks, pregnancy is essentially ruled out for you. What you're seeing is a known effect of the emergency pill, it disrupts your cycle's hormones and can push your period back anywhere from one to a few weeks.
Next Steps
No medication is needed to bring your period on right now. If it still has not started in another one to two weeks, please see a gynaecologist to check your cycle is resetting properly.
Health Tips
Try not to rely on the emergency pill and withdrawal as your regular method, since repeated use disrupts your cycle even more.
