If you took krimson from day one of the period without skipping any between you cannot be pregnant And once you stop the medicine within the next 10 days you should get your periods

A short delay with light spotting after stopping Krimson can happen with PCOD, since cycles stay irregular even on treatment. But since you did have some intimate contact, a pregnancy test is the first step, because an early pregnancy, including a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy, can also show up as light spotting like this.
Next Steps
Take a home urine pregnancy test now. If it's negative and a normal flow hasn't started in 3 to 4 days, repeat the test and see your gynaecologist to also have your PCOD treatment reviewed.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if the spotting turns heavier, you get one-sided pain, or you feel dizzy or faint, since these need urgent checking.
