Now she wishes to have another baby. Can she consult you to find out whether tubectomy reversal or IVF is possible in her case? I have regular menstruation cycle, this month my period is delayed for 5days, we use contraceptives when sexually active and have also checked for pregnancy through urine test not positive! . Not planning either!!. Not sure why, from last month only changes i have done is consuming supplements for (b12,vitD,omega) with lipocut 60mg med as advised, can it be its side effect? Plz advise.

Last month I had ipill and then periods started 10 sept. Now this month I had sex 26 sept to 3rd oct unprotected and withdrawal outside no ipill since i have irregular period issues alr.. I took a pregnancy test yesterday it came clear. I have irregular periods usually so its normal to fluctuate I am going somewhere and wont be able to check or do anything till Nov 2nd week. Hope im safe and meds will still work then. Even tho pregnancy test came out clear is it less worrying now ?

I had unprotected sex on October 10 and took an i-Pill within 3–5 hours. Since the night of October 11, I have been feeling uneasy and initially felt mildly feverish, but I have no fever now. On October 13, I experienced pain while urinating. I feel both stinging pain on the external skin around my clitoris and deeper pain during urination. The pain comes and goes. My urine has an unusual sweet/fruity smell, and I noticed a very small amount of light pink vaginal bleeding that does not stain my underwear. I would like to know what might be causing these symptoms, whether I could have a urinary or genital infection, and whether I need any tests or treatment. I would also like advice about pregnancy risk after taking the i-Pill.

Hello Doctor, today is my 4th day after C-section delivery. I am unable to sleep properly because whenever I try to fall asleep, I experience sudden jerks or a sensation of my body jumping. This is making me frightened and preventing me from getting enough sleep. I am also recovering from the C-section and breastfeeding my newborn. Could this be related to anaesthesia, stress, or another postpartum complication? Do I need an urgent check-up or any tests? Please advise me on what I should do.
