Pregnancy and Infertility

I'm getting spotting in between periods from last two months and it's exactly one day after my ovulation day, it stays for 2-3 days it's not like periods but little spotting. But I used to get periods regularly every month, just that my flow used to be little less like for 3 days. I have been diagnosed with PCOM (Early changes) in my ultrasound, doctor said it's PCOS, all other reports like CBC, Testosterone, Prolactin, Thyroid, serum insulin level are normal. But I'm still confused, can you please guide me if spotting in between periods is a symptoms of PCOS ? Please guide 🙏🏻

Hi. I was diagnosed with PCOD so my doctor prescribed me Yasmin tablets. I've completed the course and it's been 4 days I've stopped the tablets. ( the doctor had asked me to wait for 5 days by then my periods would return then later start my 2nd course) I have still not got my periods. Is it normal to not get my periods yet? Is it fine if I don't get my periods in these five days?

I had my normal delivery on 18 June 2024 , but I am having heavy bleeding from last 3-4 days only. Lot of pain and bleeding. Type of dizziness also due to low energy. Is it ok to take tranexamic acid + etamsylate tablet for this problem. Pls guide

Hello Doctors, I had some blood type secretion after missing periods in 6th of this month last week after initmacy with my husband after that daily i used to get some mild discharge but not always red like brown or light pinkish red such that my whole pad did not get to fill.
