Took a test at 330am since I woke up that time for work. Last had tea at 7pm then water at 850pm. Urinated at 12 had nothing after that Is my test reliable ?

Hi I have done all the tests, Husband Semen analysis is also normal. Tests done- AFC, HSG, DAY 2 TVS, LH, FSH, AMH, THYROID, PROLACTIN, Hb A1c. Trying from the last 6yrs, 1 missed abortion size years ago. What other factors for infertility. Kindly Suggest me.

I was facing bartholin cyst since 2 days. I took slitz bath for 3-4 times and the cyst ruptured on it's own today This was my 10th time - bartholin cyst - reoccurred the 10th time What precautions and medicines do i need to take so that the cyst doesn't happen again?

I'm a 20-year-old woman with historically very regular menstrual cycles. My last normal period started on August 13, 2026. I had condom-protected intercourse on August 20, with no known condom breakage or slipping, and no intercourse afterward. On August 27, I experienced unexpected bleeding lasting approximately one day. My expected September period never arrived, and as of October 11, I still haven't menstruated. I took two home urine pregnancy tests approximately 37 and 45 days after intercourse. Both were negative, including the second test using first-morning urine. My questions are: 1. Can pregnancy from August 20 reasonably be ruled out based on these tests? 2. Is a quantitative serum beta-hCG test medically necessary at this point? 3. Since my cycles were previously regular, what investigations would you recommend for the missed period? 4. How soon should I see a gynaecologist? I've also been experiencing considerable stress recently. Thank you.

Tsh came down from 6.8 to 4.2 on 25mcg euthyrox dose was increased to 37.5mcg and tsh came down to .03 also prolactin is high around 50ng/dl Ultrasound shows pco ovaries Is cabergolin and higher dosage of levothyroxine needed? Tsh of 3.19 cause high prolactin?
