I am seeing small fluid filled boil on the my C-section incision line 6 weeks post surgery. I had 6 weeks review and my OB prescribed TBact for small irritation at the end of incision site where the anchor knot fell off but other than that everything was fine but suddenly seeing this blister like boil today

Hello , I experience bleeding mixed with vaginal discharge during sex. I did not experience this with my previous partner, but it has started happening with my current partner, and it has happened on several occasions. I am concerned about the cause and would like to get examined. Could this be due to a vaginal or cervical infection, an STI, or an injury? Please advise me on the appropriate examinations and tests, including STI screening.

When I was 27 and my girlfriend was 22, she became pregnant, and we opted for a surgical abortion. My blood group is B+ and her is B- consequently, she was given an injection at that time to prevent complications for the baby in a future pregnancy due to the blood group incompatibility. She is pregnant again now; is there any issue with taking that same injection again? It has been a year since the previous injection was administered—is there any problem with taking it again?

LMP- 5th September Sexual inter course on 17th sept, 27th sept, 1st October, 3rd October . Cycle length - usually is 33 days but since last 3 months period come at 41-42 days UPT done on day 36 is negative

Had periods on aug 13 ish Sept 11 Today is morning of Oct 10 Should I take a pregnancy test today im rly worried? Had contact on the 26 sept to 3rd Oct even though nothing released inside at all.

I have been prescribed cor 3 for 3 months while ttc and i started last month from day 8 of my cycle. My cycles are regular 26 days and its 29 day no sign of period and pregnancy test negative. Do Cor 3 delays period?

I am 3 weeks pregnant, I have started trafolic before conception itself. Can i also start choline suppliments. Which supplement or brand should I take and how much mg.  I am asking this because I am vegeterian. We can't even have eggs. There is very less source of choline from food. Or is it ok to take after few weeks? Please suggest the right time to take choline suppliments. Anything else to be taken?

LMP- 5th September Irregular cycles since last few months. Ranging 32-42 days Sexual Intercourse on 27th September, 1st October and 3rd October . Currently day 36 and no periods. What to do?

Patient: Mother, Postpartum Day 8–9 (Breastfeeding). Issues: Fever 102°F, hard swollen left breast with redness above areola (suspected mastitis), cracked/tilted nipple causing latching failure and milk stasis. Note: Has a pre-existing benign disk/fibroadenoma in the left breast since childhood, aggravating duct blockage. Request: We are in a rural area and cannot travel with the newborn right now. Please review the attached photo and prescribe a safe breastfeeding-compatible antibiotic and dosage.

If I had intercourse on the 26th Oct. After how many weeks will it become impossible to treat by just medicines incase test comes positive ? I am out for work I will only be able to go for deep checkups mid dec. Will it be ok with meds ?
