Hello Doctors, I had some blood type secretion after missing periods in 6th of this month last week after initmacy with my husband after that daily i used to get some mild discharge but not always red like brown or light pinkish red such that my whole pad did not get to fill. Were these periods only ? I have to take rubela vaccination so I need to confirm if these were periods only. I have pcod.

I found that in my left breast a soft lumps is noticeable and it's painless absolutely...and when I am pressing the lumps it seems very soft like other breast tissue only...also i wear many worst fitting bra as well and experience a huge weight fluctuations. .. i used to do gym with so many dumbells as well and maybe this is the reason

Any treatment is required if we will plan for baby. we already have one daughter. Some docs told no treatment is required u can plan for baby. Some told some medications required. Pls suggest.
