Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello Doctor, I completed my Meprate course on 29 September as prescribed, but I have had no withdrawal bleeding yet. My last period started on 13 September, and I had unprotected intercourse on 2 October. My pregnancy test on 5 October was negative, but I understand it may have been too early. I wanted to prepone my periods for Navratri. Could you please advise what I should do next? Should I get a pregnancy test or any evaluation before taking further medication? I consulted to Dr Jyoti Ahlawat . She gave me meprate course. But nothing happened. Now I am stucked in between. What do I do now.

I would like to consult regarding some unusual vaginal bleeding and possible pregnancy risk. My last period started on 26 September and lasted around 5–6 days. I had my first sexual intercourse on 4 October. Today, 8 October, I started bleeding again, which seems much earlier than my expected period. I have problem of PCOD too. I was on medication for 3 months on kremson 21 day tablet. I am concerned about whether this bleeding is actually a period or abnormal/spotting related to intercourse hormonal changes, or any other issue. I am also worried about the possibility of pregnancy and would like to know whether this bleeding can be related to pregnancy. Please advise me on when I should take a pregnancy test and whether I need any examination or other tests. I would also like to know if there is anything I should watch for, such as unusual pain, heavy bleeding, discharge, or other symptoms. I have two abortions,in my report my pregnancy always stuck in G.S. ,not proceeded. This is my 3rd pregnancy report, doctor gave me injections and medicine, what I do, i am confused, pls give me suggestions..

My last period was on September 1st, usually my period cycle is 30 days , i was supposed to get my next period on September 30 , today its october 8th, i am late for my periods, i tested hcg 3 times, on october 2nd, october 4th and october 7th , all the three tests were negative. I have pcod but still i never had late periods , is it because of pcod or is it pregnancy? Should i wait another fews days and check hcg again?

Hello I have 6 month old baby. I am experiencing dip in milk supply around the periods for 7-10 days. Once the period stops supply will come back.. Is there any solution to maintain the milk supply around the periods? Thanks in advance

My sister is pregnancy and she is in her 4th month of pregnancy..in NT scan she was told that placenta is low lying. She was asking if she can sit crossed leg on the sofa. Like Indian crossed leg sitting. Not sure what to say. As she finds comfortable sitting like that.

11 week 4 Dyas pregnant Low lying placenta 2 Oct sacn 2.9 MM OS open , today's 8 Oct Scan 6.6 MM open Cervical length 3.3 CM CRL 4.8 SCH 1.9 CC no Changed since last scan Today's HR 164 NT Scan Shows No abnormality Doctor Suggested for Cerclage Stitching. Is it Good , shall we go for Stitching, please advise? And waht would be the risk of we wait ?
