Recurrent abortions
I have two abortions,in my report my pregnancy always stuck in G.S. ,not proceeded.
This is my 3rd pregnancy report, doctor gave me injections and medicine, what I do, i am confused, pls give me suggestions..

A gestational sac with no visible fetal pole or heartbeat, at a size matching 7 weeks 2 days, usually means the pregnancy has stopped progressing, sometimes called a missed miscarriage. Since this is your third pregnancy affected this way, it points toward recurrent pregnancy loss, which can have hormonal, genetic, thyroid or clotting related causes.
Next Steps
Ask your doctor if a repeat scan after a week is needed to confirm before any treatment. Once this episode is managed, a recurrent loss work up covering thyroid, hormone, genetic and clotting tests for both partners is worth doing. The ovarian cyst seen alongside usually resolves on its own.
