I am 27 weeks pregnant. I have 5*4 cm of intramural fibroid which is partially subserosal . Can I sit on the floor? Can I do prenatal exercises? With this fibroid can I have normal delivery?

My beta HCG is gradually increasing while I tested 3 days before expected period now HCG value increased to 177 my expected period is around 10 and 11 I am able to notice white discharge today is it save early pregnancy also mild period crampings(pain) is there Please suggest me whether all these symptoms are accurate to early pregnancy

Am in hospital now... Got admitted...Am 2 months pregnant.. my babies growth was not adequate doctor told...so am about to abort my twin babies... Misoprostol tablet was given... Today morning 8am... It was inserted directly into the vagina... Few hrs before two slight big sizes of blood clot came while urinating... Please clarify my doubt whether they are they are the babies or not...
