I have hypothyroidism my tsh level was 7.1 in blood test. It's my first trimester my dr has advised me to take 100mcg on weekdays and 75mcg on weekends. I have Euthyrox 100mcg and Thyronorm 75mcg. Is it okay to take medicine from two different brand?

Hi i am 35 years female and i have a son of 2 year old, i am having lower abdomen pain every month on any day mostly after 10 days when my periods are over, its sharp pain and it goes into my legs too, and i get white fluid also at that time , it generally happens for 2-3 days and stops, but i don't get relief until i take medicine, medicine name - meftal spas, i am having this pain since my school days but before it used to end without medicine but now it doesn't, is it normal?
