Get  BetaHCG test to confirm. Pill also delays period. You can take medicine to get your period.

Emergency contraceptive pills like ipill can delay periods by several weeks in some women, and three negative home tests two months out make pregnancy very unlikely. A two month delay like this more likely means the pill disrupted your cycle temporarily, not an ongoing problem.
Next Steps
Give it one more cycle to settle on its own. If periods still haven't returned by then, please see a gynaecologist, who can check your hormone levels and rule out other causes.
Health Tips
Don't start any period-inducing medicine on your own, since that decision needs an in-person evaluation first.
