Two slight big sizes of blood clot came
Am in hospital now... Got admitted...Am 2 months pregnant.. my babies growth was not adequate doctor told...so am about to abort my twin babies... Misoprostol tablet was given... Today morning 8am... It was inserted directly into the vagina... Few hrs before two slight big sizes of blood clot came while urinating... Please clarify my doubt whether they are they are the babies or not...

At two months, pregnancy tissue passing during a medical termination usually looks like blood and clots, not recognisable baby shapes. This is a normal part of how misoprostol works to empty the womb. What you passed is very likely part of that process.
Next Steps
Since you're already admitted, please show the hospital staff what you passed and ask your doctor to confirm the termination is complete. They can also check if an ultrasound is needed before you're discharged.
