Hi dr , I have Pcos and thyroid . I am doing yoga for 2 months also following a good diet . This month I had my periods 15 days delay and now I am continuously bleeding since 15 days . Is this because of yoga .. generally I have my periods for 7-8 days but this month it's not getting stopped . I have also taken medicine like pause 500 injection etc but still no resolution please help

Hi , my last period was on 20/6/24 after that on 11/7/24 I was spotting brown discharge for 2 days then it again get back to white discharge after that on 15/7/24 I was spotting again with brown discharge and finally on 16/7/24 I got my period . I have pcos and thyroid . I am facing this for 2 consecutive month . I am very much stressed . Is this normal ? I am worried too much .

I used to bleed for 3 continuous days earlier...but it reduced to 2 days after some years ...and now l bleed only for 1.5 days during periods. But flow is normal and l get my periods in 20-22 days...Is it normal or problematic???

Few days ago I noticed my one breast areola are slight different in colour from another one is bit darker and other is slightly lighter. Otherwise no any problem are there. I want to know is it normal ??
