Patient: Mother, Postpartum Day 8–9 (Breastfeeding). Issues: Fever 102°F, hard swollen left breast with redness above areola (suspected mastitis), cracked/tilted nipple causing latching failure and milk stasis. Note: Has a pre-existing benign disk/fibroadenoma in the left breast since childhood, aggravating duct blockage. Request: We are in a rural area and cannot travel with the newborn right now. Please review the attached photo and prescribe a safe breastfeeding-compatible antibiotic and dosage.

If I had intercourse on the 26th Oct. After how many weeks will it become impossible to treat by just medicines incase test comes positive ? I am out for work I will only be able to go for deep checkups mid dec. Will it be ok with meds ?

I had my pap smear recently and waiting for the result . I recenlty heard that the post coital bleeding can be the symptom of cervical cancer .. i had jst spotting on once or twice when i checked on condom after done and it was long time before ... i thought it was due to low lubrication or vaginal dryness ..now its not there can it be cause of concern.

I am 11 months postpartum and gave birth via c section. Feeling so weak, dizzy, gaining 15kg weight, iron level is 25. Currently breastfeeding. Thyroid level is 8.4. carrying baby alone because of the nuclear family. Nowadays the feeling is so overwhelming and I am done. 0 energy left. All body parts are crying in pain.

I am 35 years old and 37 weeks pregnant. My doctor prescribed Clingen 3 vaginal suppositories (Clindamycin & Clotrimazole) to be used for 3 consecutive nights before my hospital admission.  I have no symptoms of vaginal infection. Could you please clarify:  Why is this prescribed right before delivery without active symptoms? How do I differentiate the melting of the suppository from true amniotic fluid leakage (water breaking)? Does frequent nighttime urination affect its efficacy?

I had sex on 8th of sept...and my last period was on 24 aug...and till.now my period hasnt come...he didnt ejacuate inside me. It was just a 10 sec penetration and we wore condmn immediately..and i have done 2 prega news test on somwhhr near 28 sept and another one on 6th oct  and both came out negative..and till.now my period didnt come in 14 days. I bought meprate tablets and pharmacist consulted me to take two dose per day for 5 days

I have vulval itching from 3-4 months, flares before & after periods. During periods no discomfort. It feels nice with cold water. I also have white discharge but that's before this problem. I have noticed foul smell from my groin area. I had fungal infection in my inner thighs a year ago , but no problem of it now. What should I do next & why it's happening what could be the cause, can you please prescribe some medicine. Thankyou
