Fear of cervical abnormalities
I had my pap smear recently and waiting for the result . I recenlty heard that the post coital bleeding can be the symptom of cervical cancer .. i had jst spotting on once or twice when i checked on condom after done and it was long time before ... i thought it was due to low lubrication or vaginal dryness ..now its not there can it be cause of concern.

Postcoital bleeding can be because of many reasons Poor Lubrication consequently leading to injury or abrasion Erosion cervix You should meet a doctor in person for examination

Occasional spotting after sex, especially when it lines up with dryness or less lubrication, is usually from a minor cause like vaginal irritation or cervical ectropion, not cancer. Cervical cancer related bleeding is far less common at your age and usually doesn't stop and restart the way yours did. Your pap smear is exactly the right test to confirm things are fine.

Mention this spotting history to your gynaecologist once your pap result is in, so they can decide if a closer look at the cervix is needed. Using a lubricant during intercourse can help if dryness is the cause.
