COR 3 is a folic acid supplement. It will not cause any delay in periods. However I would like to know what you mean by TTC so that I can guide you better.

Progesterone support like Cor 3 commonly delays periods by a few days, so being 3 days late with a negative test can simply be the medicine's effect rather than a missed cycle.
Next Steps
Keep taking it as prescribed, and repeat the urine test in 3 to 4 days, or ask for a blood pregnancy test if you want an earlier, more sensitive answer.
Health Tips
If your period still hasn't started after a week, or you get pain or heavy bleeding, please consult the gynaecologist who prescribed Cor 3.
