With fully normal results on both sides, open tubes, good ovarian reserve, normal hormones, prolactin and thyroid, and a normal semen analysis, the usual remaining factors are a uterine issue like polyps or mild endometriosis that a routine scan can miss, or genuinely unexplained infertility where testing finds no single cause.
Next Steps
A hysteroscopy or saline sonography looks more closely at the uterine cavity than a standard scan. After six years of trying, your fertility specialist will likely also discuss moving ahead with IUI or IVF.
