An underactive thyroid can raise prolactin on its own, so getting your TSH fully into the target range is often enough to bring prolactin down without needing a separate medicine. Your TSH has moved a lot with recent dose changes, so one reading of 3.19 isn't enough to decide if you need cabergoline or a higher dose.
Next Steps
Stay on your current dose for 6 to 8 weeks, then repeat both TSH and prolactin together before any change is decided. Your PCOS can also affect cycle-related hormone levels, so share that scan too.
