Missed contraceptive
Hi Doctor, as advised, I started taking Dronis 30 on 16th October, which was the third day of my period. I took the medicine on the 16th and 17th but missed yesterday’s dose (18th October). I usually take it daily at 11 AM, and I haven’t had intercourse in the last 10 days. Should I take two pills today to make up for the missed dose, or should I take just one at my usual time?

Missing one Dronis pill for under a day usually isn't a big problem, especially since you haven't had intercourse in the last 10 days. The general rule for a missed combined pill is to take it as soon as you remember and then carry on with your normal daily pill, even if that means taking two pills close together on the same day.
Next Steps
Take yesterday's missed pill now along with today's pill at your usual time, then continue the pack as normal. Since there's no recent unprotected sex, you don't need emergency contraception for this.
Health Tips
If you ever miss a pill and also have unprotected sex within the following week, use a backup method like condoms and check with your gynaecologist about emergency contraception.
