The bleeding you got on 18th is not your period but side effect of pill called withdrawal bleeding. .
Do pregnancy test if you miss your period date.

The emergency contraceptive pill commonly causes an early bleed within a week or two of taking it, and that is usually a side effect of the pill rather than your actual period. It can also push your real next period later than your usual 30 day cycle, since it can delay ovulation that month.

Going by your cycle, your next period would normally be due around late October, but after taking the pill it can arrive anywhere up to one to two weeks later. Keep tracking it, and take a home pregnancy test if it hasn't started by then.
