PCOD can take several months of treatment before your cycles settle into a regular pattern, so periods returning on day 10 after your last cycle doesn't mean the treatment failed. It usually means your hormones are still adjusting.

Please go back to your gynaecologist for a review, since this bleeding pattern may need your treatment adjusted. Since you're also trying to conceive, ask about tracking ovulation and getting a pelvic ultrasound to check how your ovaries are responding.
