Hi, I'm trying to conceive as I already shared some information that I have done all the tests and all are normal. Now I'm sharing my TVS report that's also normal with no serious issues. But still I don't understand why I'm not able to conceive even with a good AMH - 2.43. Can you suggest to me what other tests I can do for this. And what questions can I ask my Gynaecologist.
When you say you have done all the test what are the test that you have done
Have you done a semen analysis
HSg to see if your tubes are open or closed
If all reports are normal then you can go with medicines for egg formation and go for timed intercourse

Talk to experienced gynaecologist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
That small fibroid on your TVS scan measures only 4 to 5 mm. The rest of your uterus and ovaries look normal. It's unlikely to be why you haven't conceived yet. With a good AMH and your thyroid already being treated, unexplained difficulty conceiving after trying this long usually means checking what this scan can't show.
Next Steps
Ask your gynaecologist about a hysterosalpingogram to check your fallopian tubes, a semen analysis for your partner if it hasn't been done yet, and whether your current thyroid levels are well controlled.
Health Tips
If those come back normal too, your gynaecologist may suggest ovulation tracking or IUI next, especially given your age.
