Trying to conceive
I used progynova 2mg and susten 200 mg and got bleeding on my expected day I was hoping I would conceive. As my follicular was 18 me left ovary and 10 mm right ovary with ET 7 mm what would be the reason for not getting pregnant

Hi, if you r doing follicular study then mature follicle sould be 20×19 means mean should be 19 mm. Pregnancy succcess depends on
1) sperm count.
2) tubal patency
3) egg formation
4) endometrial lining .
Try atleast for one yr.if not successful, meet gynaecologist. Try on fertile days.

4 things are important for pregnancy; sperm production, egg production; sperm transportation and egg transportation.
Fallopian tubes should be normal and patent.
Semen analysis should be normal.
Even with normal parameters ; it can take a year to conceive. Be patient. Avoid stress.
