I had endometrioma 2 - 3 years ago it resolved by itself . Last week on a routine Usg hemorrhagic follicles appeared of size 15 and 13 mm I took follihair AM PM tablet, can it be cause for the recurring endometriosis?? I took it just for 8 days It had some plant protein named soy isoflavolone My doubt is that 8 days of supplement can cause it??

No the medicine that you have taken is not the cause for recurring endometriosis Neither is the supplement the reason for this You need to keep in mind that endometriosis is never completely treatable

A hemorrhagic follicle is not the same thing as an endometrioma. It is a normal ovarian cyst that forms when a follicle bleeds after ovulation, and sizes like 15mm and 13mm are common. Most settle on their own within a cycle or two, so this is unlikely to be your endometrioma recurring. An 8 day course of Follihair, even with soy isoflavone in it, is very unlikely to have caused this. That short a course does not carry enough hormonal effect to trigger it.
Next Steps
A repeat pelvic ultrasound after your next period, around day 2 to 5, will show whether the follicle has resolved on its own, which is what usually happens.
Health Tips
See your gynaecologist sooner if you get sudden one sided pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, or the follicle is still there or has grown on your next scan.
