Withdrawal bleed/ implantation bleed
Hello Doctor, my friend’s last period started on September 21. She had unprotected sex on October 2, 3, and 4 and took Unwanted-72 on October 4. On October 11, she noticed light pinkish-brown, mucus-like spotting without proper blood flow, along with lower-abdominal pain. She has taken i-Pill previously but never experienced bleeding afterward; this is the first time she has noticed spotting after taking Unwanted-72. Could this be withdrawal bleeding due to the pill or implantation-related bleeding? Should she be concerned?

Your spotting about a week after taking the emergency contraceptive pill is most likely a withdrawal bleed from the hormone dose, not implantation. You're too early for implantation bleeding, which usually shows up about a week after ovulation. The timing you're describing fits the pill reaction better. Light pink-brown spotting with no heavy flow is a well known reaction to this kind of pill.

A home pregnancy test after your next expected period will tell you for sure there's no pregnancy. Your period may arrive a few days early or late this cycle because of the pill, so keep track of the date.
