Once the patient gets her periods after any act of intercourse chances of pregnancy are ruled out unless you have taken an emergency contraceptive pill
Irritation could be because of infection
She needs to be examined and she needs investigations to find out the reason for the blood drops
As period happened on 18 th May,there is no pregnancy. This sort of bleeding could be because of some other reason. Let her get examined by a Gynaecologist.
