Trying to conceive
Hi
I have been trying to conceive for the last 6 years. I had a missed abortion 6 years ago. I have done all my tests All the reports are normal like tubes open, AMH -2.43, LH-2.42, FSH-5, THYROID - 2, Prolactin - 24.1, Regular Periods.But still not able to conceive. Kindly suggest to me what other causes of infertility.

Normal tubes, AMH, thyroid and prolactin are reassuring, but they don't explain everything after six years of trying. Three things aren't covered by these tests: your partner's semen analysis, the uterine cavity itself for polyps or fibroids, and whether endometriosis could be playing a role.
Next Steps
Ask your fertility specialist about a semen analysis for your partner if it hasn't been done, and a sonohysterogram or hysteroscopy to check your uterine lining. Given how long you've been trying, this is also the point where IUI or IVF usually get discussed as options, not just further testing.
