My mother has sleeping disorders , she is unable to sleep in night if she does not take medicine  some days she was unable to sleep although she has taken medicine prescribed by doctor. Doctor told that she has not any kind of  serious disease.

I am having anxiety from last 5 years. How to get rid of it without any medications.please help me in this by giving your suggestions.

I am having mouth ulcer and have little pain in right side above the breast. Having pain in neck and shoulder some time.

Sir my psychiatrist prescribe me Fluvoxamine 50 mg  1-0-1 fluoxetine 10 mg 0-0-1 and clonazepam 0.25 0-0-1. Can I take clonazepam 0.125 mg at night instead of clonazepam 0.25mg. Because when I take clonazepam 0.25 I feel very sleepy during daytime.and when I do not take clonazepam.i found to be difficult while sleeping at night.So I decided to take half of clonazepam 0.250mg with fluoxetine 10 and Fluvoxamine 50 at night.

I was doing option and future trading when I developed this problem. I had two time anxiety attacks. For many days I had heart palpitations, unrest... couldn't sleep at nights even after I stopped trading. Then somebody told me to stop sugar consumption after which I am very much stable. But I still have that little fear feeling while sleeping. Kindly who should I contact?

A month back due to covid her husband and father in law died within weeks time. During husbands treatment my sister used to visit hospital in stress and couldn't maintain healthy life like having food in time and sleep.She was also having covid symptoms but now in recovery stage.To make sure her psychological condition is normal a video consultation is required.

I am going through emotional stress. Although things are not that bad in my life and i try to keep a positive outlook and portray that everything is ok but someway or other, there is some issue and then I just break down and overthinking starts again. And I am angry with myself and others. Also have back head pain from more than a year and with that muscle pain in other parts of body. Trying meditation and other techniques, have taken antidepressant for some time but it comes again. How can I remedy this without medication?

My self am not getting sleep from three days I was recovered Covid Asymptotic patient I was checked D Dymar 0.277% my saturation level shows 97% but... No fever No fatigue no Lakh of smell No Diahrria No Cough

From past few days I am having severe anxiety and panic attacks. Feeling of Breathlessness, headache, tingling sensation in fingers, shivering. Had done all blood investigation like CBC, FBS,HBA1C,LIPID PROFILE, THYROID PROFILE. Blood pressure is normal.  Continuously monitoring SPO2,Temp . All values are within normal range. Only HBA1C was 6.1. Doctor advised PLACCIDA PLUS. Also advised CLONAFIT 0.5MD at night time. But I am taking only clonafit for 10Days. But still getting those symptoms. Kindly advise.

I just send my query to doctor online that i have social anxiety / phobia  ( symptoms like fear of judgement , excessive sweating / ghabrahat, nervousness, panic attacks sometime when in public transport ) so doctor prescribed franxit (0-0-1) which i take it for 45 days but usko lene ke baad nend bohot ati hai..then i decided to stop this medicine bcoz it makes me sleepy all the day ...and now yesterday doctor told me to take sizodon ls (0-0-1) so afterthat today i take second opinion from another doctor and he told me to start paxil cr 12.5 mg (0-0-1 )only ...so i have doubt between these two medicine ( sizodon ls and paxil cr 12.5 ) ..i dont know which is ryt medicije according to my problem..plz help me
