My thoughts are transferring to other people. The nearby people are responding for my thoughts. Wherever I go nearby people are able to know what iam seeing, hearing, bodily sensations. Please help!!

I'm 25yrs old and I get anxiety and panic attacks very frequently. And also I've insomnia. I used to take Stemitil tablets for reducing and calming but due to which my BP went very low and now I had to give up this pills. But now whenever I get those attacks my body starts shivering, restlessness, breathing problems. How can I cure it?

Dr. says i have symptoms of schizophrenia, some say mixed anxiety depression disorder , some say OCD... but i dont have any of these, its just due to worst incidents in my life that they look like these disease symptoms... Reality is , i just lost my brain power due to depression ( due to incidents) and over thinking & over imagination while consuming ganja... if i would have knew that such cases are treated by psychiatrist , i would have gone to them... but when i went to hospital with heavy head and heavy headache, they sent me to neurologist... they done MRI and all ...and nothing came...they sent me back with few headache medicines... so i just want to ask, is medical science not developed that much that i drink a syrup for 5 days and brain power will be filled again??... i dont know its been 5 years taking medicines and i improved moderate...

Is it any permanent cure of hypochondria i am suffering last 4 year please suggest me any therapy ..?

I am having always foreheadace since 6 months . And always thinking negatively . I Have so much stress automatically. I was take tablet tryptomer ,tab . Naproxen 500 mg . But not any permanent solution please give me permanent solution .

I'm seriously suffering from sleeping disorder. Not able to sleep on time even though I keep away my gadgets. Sleeping late at 1 or 2 am and waking up very late.. because of this I feel so stressed to do house shores and kids.. I feel depressed always.. pls suggest a good sleeping table to regulate my sleep.. Need suggestions on Carbamide Forte Melatonin 10mg with Tagara 250mg Sleeping Aid Pills

Respected Doctors, I'm suffering from clinical depression from 6 years, After taking almost all meds available, I'm still not able to get out of one residual symptom which is cognitive impairment. After depression treatment all my severe symptoms are non existant with medicines but my ability to learn something new, to retain it in memory, to recall is not getting better. When I try to make effort, my whole face starts sweating and I feel very much unable to think and feel after that and when I try to ignore& keep on continuing studying then the stress becomes so high that easy tasks become difficult. I just want to know that is there anything/ any medicine or whatever which can help me to be like before or does depression takes away the ability to learn? I'm unable to even try for a job coz I'm unable to learn any new skill even after putting many hours into it. This can take my life in future. Help me recover completely plz🙏

If I don't take clonazapam n mirtazapine at night ,I couldn't able to sleep. My treatment going on till 10 years . before 10 years I have addiction of spasmo proxivan . When I left taking proxivan , anxity and insomania type symtom occurred. I m takind clonazapam 0.5 mg and mirtazapine 15 everyday till 10 years .so suggest me some medication bucase I m unable to quit my medication so I want carry on with this medication

I have consulted a general physician for anxiety. My upper abdomen feels tight like anxious tight. And I can't sleep at night because of panic attacks sometimes they last more than 2 hours my doctor asked me to continue the same medication my previous psychiatrist had prescribed which is Etilaam 1.5cr and Nexito 10mg both at night. However I asked my previous psychiatrist if I could take Etilaam in the afternoon and Nexito at night he agreed. Now that I consulted a new doctor my issue is Etilaam makes me very drowsy compared to Nexito. So can I take Nexito 10mg during the day and Etilaam at night? Kindly help me out.
