Recently i take opinion from two doctor for social anxiety disorder from many years ...so one doctor prescribed paxil cr 12.5 mg (0-0-1) and another doctor prescribed nexito 10 (0-0-1) ..so now i am confused between these two which should i take ..plz clear my doubt which one is effective for social phobia ( escitalopram vs paxil cr ) ..thanks in advance

6 days gone iam increased the nexito dose from 7.5 to 10 mg . But i have still anxiety afternoon time . Is this indicate this 10 mg dose need more time for anxiety or need to change medicine ?

My girlfriend broke up with me and now I am feeling very alone and my mind is some time distrb negative thoughts comming on my mind but i don't do anything worng with she I love hir plz help me Thanks

Hello, can clonidine be used for ADHD as an off label treatment option? I also have sleeping problem so was thinking if Clonidine has the potential to help with both.

I'm feeling lonely while people are near me also. I cant beleive anyone even my loved one also and always I feel insecure and some fear.

For a few months, I've been suffering from frequent spells of anxiety, accompanied by breathing issues, nausea, trembling and shivering and crying. And I cannot seem to determine a specific reason for it. What should I do?

One may 5th i woke up with shortness of breath and palpitation, after that i had gastric problems too. Not able to get sleep since then.On the second day went to Jayadeva(mysore) they tested ecg , 2d echo , bp , sugar , blood , thyroid, holter , covid(negative) and precribed medicine for synus tracardiya (alpharzolam, soltar 40mg).Even in medication i was not able to sleep. As i was having loss of appetite, lot of burping , pressure in stomach and esophagus went again to doctor they prescribed panzec 40mg. When i skip (alparzolam +soltar) at night i got a bit of sleep(1 hr) atleast i wont woke up with shortness of breath. But it continues everyday night i wake up with fear palpitation and weird feeling of detachment from world. Dr told im havg panic and anxiety issue. But i do suffer from chest pain sometimes radiating to left arm. Burning sensation of palm numbness in hand. Yesterday i woke up with numbness or no sensation in face and hand too.Im in mandya pls help advice pls pls pls.

Yesterday night I try to sleep but I have anxiety and stress to sleep and finally i get a burning sensation on thighs and feet with severe temperature then I take alprazolam to calm down and to sleep what was that

Hi, my sister is 35 yrs old , she has extreme anger and suspection issues and can pretty much get triggered in anything which she would not like it. She feels that all family member are against her ..Her anger has extremely increased in last few days so much that she has started hitting us physically if we try to control her anger and shouting etc. We have stopped talking to her cause anything we say she will get angry. She thinks we are her enemy. What should we do as a family in this pandemic?
