Nervousness, Anxiety, pain in neck and back, pain moves from one place to other, pain in ear, and heavyness in ear. Sleep don't come in night. Heavyness in body. Redness in some part of body. Mind sometime don't work sometimes. Tension in muscles. Low energy in body. Sigar level: 160 ug/m3 (empty stomach)

I have been using ("flunil") medicine since few days as per doctor's advise I am suffering from (Anxiety,over-thinking & Repetitive thoughts) I consulted doctor few days before,he suggested me to use "flunil" 20mg..my doubt is 1) Anxiety & over thinking related to (psychiatry or Neurology) subject?? 2) what causes (Anxiety,over thinking) thoughts, causes (anxiety) or depression makes (Anxiety & Repetitive ) thoughts?? Is Anxiety & depression related to Neurology or psychiatry?? Please clarify above 2 questions and give me your valuable answers!

My mother is facing post covid depression. She wasn't tested for covid but had fever after vaccination first dose and lost her smell and was diagnosed by typhoid. She is almost healthy now but facing issues with daily chores. She is always in fear of not being able to do daily work, even when she is doing everything. She is hyper active. She is unnecessary agitated and troubled by electronic items or anything even when everything is working fine. We try to talk to her and calm her but she keeps on repeating the same thing like not a single word of ours is reaching her mind. Her mental health is effecting me and my father too we loose our calm and get agitated. Please suggest something. Also she had diabetes earlier but it's been 22 days her meditation is stopped because her sugar levels are normal and there is no increase. Her blood pressure is also in normal range.

Does stress and anxiety reduces immunity? I had lot of anxiety issues due to my recent covid infection. I am now recovered but i took lot of stress whether it cause my immunity to go down. Please answer.

I know I am over thinking , but still I am trying to control myself but fails everytime . I am unable to sleep on time . There are alot illusion normally I visualise in night . Each and every day I get different dreams which makes me feel disturbed for about an hour after I wake . MOST IMPORTANTLY , many bad and imagination happens when I close the eyes. Pls suggest something that could make me feel better!

I'm dealing with depression since 1.5 years and now I have serious health issues ... I'm unable to sleep at night at all... even sleeping pills doesn't work. Firstly I took melatonin and then clonazepam, both are abysmal. I sleep in daytime that too with intervals ... I wake up everytime in 45 mins ... I'm facing sleep paralysis and anxiety attacks ... Now that my sleeping pattern is officially screwed I have low BP issue tiredness and everything. Please I beg of you not to suggest yoga or anything like that because I've done it. For it doesn't work.

I have a anxiety issue when situation are not good or I overthink some times bcoz that I always have stmoch problems or other issue like acidity gas slightly headache hair fall. So my doctor gave me nextis 5 mg for one month. So just wanted to know if I take this on daily basis so I will be addicted with this medicine or there is any side effects. Please reply thank you
